Target People: Mainly the economically weaker sections, low income, low middle and middle class of people. Some beds at highly subsidized rate will be kept reserved for BPL and other referred patients. However there will be no compromise with quality service

Proposed Rates: Much lower than private hospitals and Nursing homes. Rates approved by the Director of Health Services, Govt of West Bengal, will be followed in general and it may even be lower than that. Utmost effort will be made to keep the rates affordable to common people and at the same time maintain self-sustainability with quality service.

Proposed Built up area for Utility Services : 3,025 Sq.ft.

Initial Project Cost Assessed : Rs. 12.5 Crores

Provision for Fund: The land required is available vacant and free and fund required towards building construction, machineries and plants, operation and maintenance till it becomes self-sustained, for the Hospital project is being mobilized through collection of Donations – (i) individual and corporate - inland and abroad; (ii) MP & MLA LAD grants; (iii) Charitable organizations, (iv) Door-to-door small collections, etc. No loan will be availed from any financial organization.

TAX benefit: The organization is registered under section 12 AA of IT Act, 1963, Govt. of India, and all donations are exempted from Income Tax, under section 80G of the Act.

Gandhi Seva Sangha is also approved to receive foreign donations and registered under FCRA.
